Job Description



Role purpose:


To act as reporting expert in HR Operations India and support the Senior SF Reporting Manager in implementation and delivery of the global HR reporting operating model at Vodafone

Accountabilities & Responsibilities


This is a hybrid role for someone who can deliver the end product as it is with a hands on approach
  • Act as an SF reporting expert and a point of contact for the _VOIS India team for all of the Success Factors reporting build; Report Centre, People Analytics Stories
  • Delivers assigned tasks in centralising and servicing reporting needs of the business, starting with requirement gathering till business go-live of requirement.
  • Manage projects and joint deliverables with the _VOIS India HR Operations and technical delivery teams
  • Create quality reporting suites with the business needs in mind and therefore the developer will need to be business minded.
  • You would be required to training/upskilling the team on how to produce good reports and data visualisation applications
  • Deliver reporting enhancement/optimisation demands, including testing, as per release plans
  • Working alongside reporting analysts resources to define and administer reporting sharing via role based positions.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:


This role will have responsibility for information and delivery of SuccessFactors Reporting via Report Centre, People Analytics ,Workforce Analytics, Embedded Edition and BW4Hana.
  • Must have a combination excellent Stakeholder Management experience and customer focused.
  • Must have an exceptional understanding of all modules within the SuccessFactors suite, including the data model, and have the ability to use all of the standard reporting tools. (Combined with understanding of Interfaces and interim processes).
  • Must have 5+ years’ experience

Must have technical / professional qualifications:


Success Factors reporting experience
  • WFA reporting knowledge preferred
  • Excellent HR domain knowledge of Process and data.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft office and preferably Excel
  • Preferred Certification in SuccessFactors

Key performance indicators


Design & Implementation of HR Reporting & WFA solution in the SF environment.
  • E2E delivery of a reporting project
  • Delivery of training and upskilling of team
  • Drive the user experience of SF reporting via championing self-service to the HR and non HR Community
