Job Description

Role purpose

The role will be responsible for managing the processes and people required to ensure accurate HR data collection, processing, modelling, analysis, create HR reports and dashboard using Data Visualization tools; supporting HR strategic objective to become a centre of expertise.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Interact with HR and Business Leads to provide reporting solutions which are sustainable and drive business value via analytics and insights.

  • Ensure Delivery of HR Reports and Dashboards as per agreed Service levels and quality assurance across 20 plus markets, meeting KPIs and Targets.
  • Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement projects within the team and new deployments
  • Continuous, proactive, and effective stakeholder management acting as an overarching relationship manager for HR Operations, Local Markets and Group functions
  • Expected to explore opportunities for growth within existing and new markets
  • Requirement Gathering from stakeholders, understand HR data from multiple transactions and HR reporting solutions to provide data insights to HR market leads.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse business functions and key operations and performance metrics
  • Refine and implement the global HR Reporting Strategy at Vodafone in line with plan
  • Create quality reports and Dashboard as per business expectations and therefore the incumbent needs to be business minded. Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Senior Stakeholder Management, negotiation and relationship building
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritising is necessary.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints
  • Manage teams of reporting specialists effectively and produce project deliverables.
Key performance indicators

End to end responsibility of entire HR Reports & Dashboard Delivery across Vodafone Markets as per agreed SLA.
  • Drive continuous process improvement. take initiatives towards creating efficiency in the system through automation and process improvement
  • Responsible for leading a team of over 8-10 individuals including people managers. He/she will be responsible for their overall engagement, capability development and building a high performing team. Must have technical / professional qualifications:
  • Strong quantitative background, preferably a professional degree in Mathematics/Statistics
  • 8-10 years' experience in HR Reporting and Analytics.
  • Advanced Excel Experience required
  • Expert in demonstrating data on Visualisation tools like Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI etc.
  • Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
  • At least 3 years people leadership experience
  • Understanding of the HR function end to end right from candidate sourcing to attrition with domain knowledge of Process and data.
  • Exposure to HRIS systems like SuccessFactors, EVO SAP, GCP etc.
