Role & responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership to develop the HR strategy in accordance with the organization's goals
- Create a culture of continuous learning, ownership and collaboration across the organization.
- Build Talent Capabilities & strengthen systems/processes for Succession Planning,
- Performance Management, Career Pathing and Diversity & Inclusion.
- Assess the current organization and partner with stakeholders to create a strategy and vision
- Keep abreast of industry best-practices, regulatory changes, new technologies, etc. in the field of human resource management
- Design & roll-out policies, processes and initiatives in line with the HR strategy and legal requirements
- Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong partnerships with key leaders across the business
- Drive continuous improvement and lead organizational level change initiatives
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of extensive experience with strong HR functional expertise and a track record of leading and implementing large scale change projects
- Proven experience working with globally diverse teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills to work collaboratively to consult, influence & negotiate
- Ability to translate business strategies/priorities into people strategies/priorities
- Be comfortable in managing ambiguity and the ability to navigate in a fast-paced set-up
