Your responsibilities as a HR Quality Expert - Global HR Quality (RSC)

You will report to the Lead - HR Quality and be a part of the Ramboll Global HR Quality team (RSC). The team is responsible for Global HR master data, HR Operations, Training and Recruitment Operations, HR reporting & analytics, and HR System support.

A significant part of the team is operating out of the Ramboll Support Centre (RSC) in Gurgaon, India. The RSC supports the local HR Operations team, HRBP\'s, COE, and HRD\'s in the facilitation of key HR processes across Ramboll based on enabling technology (e.g. Workday, Smart Recruiter).

  • In this role you will be responsible for developing robust quality assurance processes and bringing standardization.
  • Developing a quality governance framework supported by relevant KPIs
  • Establishing monthly routines and reporting to support the continued improvement of quality in our services.
  • Aligning existing processes to the future Service Now HR implementation.
  • With Timely audits and quality checks, assist RSC HOD to create a highly professional image of the RSC-HR department.
  • Assist the RSC HR head to ensure the uniformity of service delivery across the geographically scattered organizations
  • In your role you will also collaborate closely with Global HR Service Centre Head, Global HR Service Director, HOD\'s from other HR streams( HRIS, TA and Training). Operations team leads & stakeholders.
Some of the main Roles and Responsibilities:

In your role you will be challenged with the execution of the following tasks:
  • Able to write and document, standard operating procedures for the various HR processes of the Service Delivery center.
  • Able to formulate required templates, and reports in line with SOPs and able to track progress and submit timely reports and documentation status.
  • Able to analyze data to find out the variance along with the area of improvement.
  • Able to Carry out the HR processes / RSC HR Function and Operations Internal audit, ability to acknowledge imperfection in current procedures and implement the necessary changes.
  • Able to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, like WD HRIT/ ServiceNow consultants, HODs, HR Service Delivery Centre Head, and Global Service Delivery Director.
  • Able to validate and review departmental processes in a timely manner like all Operations processes and align them with current agreed service agreements and policies.
  • Able to focus on the objective/ factors that are important to maximize the profitability of the organization.
  • Able to impart training and handholding to individuals
  • Ensure the processes are ready for auditing and testing.
  • Find the critical HR / Operational problems and come up with the solutions to mitigate them.
  • Steer/attend daily, weekly & monthly calls and adhoc calls when needed.
Qualifications

Qualification and Experience required:

The candidate must be dynamic, committed, and capable of preparing/tracking & managing large and complex Transitions. Should have very good experience in project management, especially on Transitions and any other transformation/migration/consulting projects.
  • MBA in HR/quality management applied statistics, or relevant course
  • Expert knowledge and experience with the Service Now HR module
  • Lean Six Sigma green belt, TQM, Quality Auditor, etc.
  • Experience in implementing corrective/ preventive measures.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance tools and methodologies.
  • Expert in BI tools, Visio, Minitab, Excel, Presentation, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Having 5-8 years of experience in documentation of SOPs, processes, auditing, and testing of processes
  • Process Improvement/ Business process optimization/automation experience.
  • Experience of working in a global matrixed organization,
  • Experience working in a fast-changing environment
  • Able to take initiative, and act with confidence
  • Ability to collaborate with virtual Global teams/ Stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies.
