Job Description

To be successful in this role youll need to be well organized, assisting multiple business leaders with different issues at any one time. Technically savvy with an interest in online advertising, your verbal and written communication skills should be excellent, being able to clearly explain issues and the paths to resolution quickly and succinctly to the advertisers.
Core responsibilities include:

Understands the Quality Metrics and trends so as to drive quality culture within the team
Creates sampling strategies, quality metrics and dashboards in line with the business goals
Creates audit mechanism and benchmark the existing processes to achieve business goals.
Engages with the business leaders to understand their advertising goals and expectations from the program
Flawlessly execute end-to-end quality improvement projects, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
Work with Account Management, Sales & Marketing and Product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance
Identifies opportunities to improve designed Amazon product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products - Implements the process improvement projects to achieve the quality and productivity goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Work experience of 10 years with 4 years as people manager
Must have exposure to quality tools and techniques with a good understanding of the statistical tools
Certified in lean six sigma methodology
Bachelors or Post graduate Degree (MBA) in a business discipline
Passionate about online business, e-commerce and sales
Must have managed global clients along with owning up their individual performance goals
Superior verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by experience
Education: MBA/ PGDMr r r r r r r Any Graduate
