Your roles and responsibilities as a HR Partner will be as follows:

  • Partnering with the business and all stakeholders across functions.
  • Partner with business units to establish goals for all employees and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals.
  • Drive the performance appraisal process for assigned business units, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Drive Talent Management & employee retention strategies for assigned business units, including promotions & succession planning.
  • Lead critical organization wide change initiatives.
  • Serve as a Talent Development advisor to business and global HR stakeholders.
  • Combine external insights and internal focus areas to diagnose priority areas, design interventions and deploy cutting edge initiatives to enable key shifts for the org
  • Deploy Talent Reviews in partnership with BU HR
  • Ensure governance on Succession Management and partner with internal teams on Successor Development.
  • Design (and improve) Talent processes & policies based on org need and feedback
  • Reinforce Career Development through employee/leader interventions
