Title/Position: HR Operations
Job Location: Pune
Experience: 4+ Years
Employment Type: Full Time
Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PMDescription: The position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in the designated business unit.Responsibilities:
- Salary negotiation with the shortlisted candidates & offer generation
- Maintain employee personnel records and the paperwork.
- Helps in offer roll out.
- Perform payroll of the employees.
- Perform Salary break up.
- Initiating the BGV process through vendors
- Performance Management System: Assist with the Performance Management Process & related sessions.
- Works on internal referral policy and engage with existing employee on referrals.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- 4+ years of experience as a HR operations person.
- Regular MBA
- Should be Comfortable working in a highly visible role
- Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administrative practices etc.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive, go-getter attitude
