• Payroll Management & Salary Processing
• Processing of Reimbursements
• HR compliance related activities (PF, PT, ESIC, LWF etc.) monthly, quarterly & annual payments & filling of returns
• Manage the ESS Portal

• Manage data related to Compensation & Benefits like annual compensation review, variable pay, provisions, sales incentive plan, rewards grievances handling etc.
• Creation of Excel based Dashboards for Reporting and analysis of Human Resources
• Monthly variance reports comparing Budgets vs Actuals and apply analytical reasoning skills to identify reasons for variances
• Responsible for submitting various Manpower reports to Multiple stakeholders within and outside the Organization
• Mediclaim assistance to employees
• HR Audit data & queries

Experience & Skill required:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in employee MIS management (in excel) is mandatory
• Should be proficient in excel skills i.e. VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table (Knowledge of Macros would be an added advantage)
• Should be a self motivated, process oriented with passion to get things with empathy
• Good analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions if required
