Job Description
HR Operation- Kolkata Job Deliverables: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with applicable laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies are communicated effectively and consistently across the organization. Regularly review and update HR policies to align with best practices and changes in legislation. HR Systems and Processes: Oversee and manage HR systems and processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee offboarding. Continuously evaluate and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience. Implement and manage HR technology solutions to support HR operations Candidate Profile: A minimum of 3 years\' experience in HR Operation Excellent communication skills, ability to manage team. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel HR Technology Support Services \' Keep everything running and in the well-mannered condition in the department. Set goals for the HR team and measure the success of those goals.
