*Previous experience in handling US/UK clients or excellent oral & verbal English communication skills*High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred*Significant experience as an operations coordinator or similar role*Experience in the customer service field is a preferred*Excellent phone etiquette*Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office*Good typing skills*Ability to coordinate multiple schedules* Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving*Able to prioritize tasks and work independently*Friendly and personable*Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities*Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals*Liaise between clients and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.*Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines*Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.*Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular online meetings and communications*Evaluate current operational performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.*Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.*Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.*Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes. *Report to operations manager regularlyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
