: The candidate shall get an opportunity to manage HR operations & end-to-end employee life cycle in a fast growing and constantly evolving startup with a diverse and passionate workforce . Responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle from onboarding to exit for 3rd party payroll candidates . Implementing processes to ensure all employee related mandates are met within timelines Be the custodian of employee data and manage the HRIS system (Darwinbox) Implementing HR policies as & when required HR Documents (employment letters) Managing leave & attendance related queries All statutory compliance including PF, ESIC etc, medical insurance data etc Working on all people related metrics, data, and dashboards. Proficiency in data and ability to work on excel would be required Managing multiple internal & external stakeholders. Speed and timeline-orientation are a must Skills : Good communication skills (written and spoken) & people management skills Excellent data skills good command on MS Excel Hands-on experience in Onboarding, leave & Attendance & Exit Management is a must
