As a member of the Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team, the Inquiry Leader leads a team that creates genuine, trusting working relationships with employees and is excited about creating a positive experience for the Avery Dennison workforce. The Inquiry Leader is accountable for providing initial support services to all employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. Responsiblities: Leading a team responsible for at resolving employee inquiries Managing the preparation and creation of the necessary data & documentation for processing changes (personal data, job information, reporting line changes, compensation changes, etc) into the HR System (Peoplesoft) Ensuring that all PeopleSoft Data Transactions are executed accurately and on-time Managing responses to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within ad.a(e. g., email, phone, chat, and case management system) Be an expert on HR policy-related questions, provide guidance to both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriate Educate employees of services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems Ensure high-quality standards for all GWO activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility, adhering to all service-level agreements established by the GWO organization Identify outdated knowledge articles and/or the need to create new knowledge articles Qualifications General familiarity of internal landscape, HR sub-functions, and knowledge of payroll and benefits administration and procedures preferred Tech savvy, ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems Experience with PeopleSoft Data Transaction Management Ability to generate a sense of urgency with understanding of when to escalate issues Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgement and discretion Ability to document processes and make recommendations for improvements Flexibility and the willingness to cover other tasks as needed, and adapt to ongoing changes Superior written communication skills required Ambassador for service excellence to deliver best in class employee and workforce experience, using service delivery platforms [or in person when it matters] Additional Information All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
