Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain employee records, including personnel files and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as training and development programs
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining calendars
- Assist with event planning for company-wide meetings or employee engagement activities Experience: - Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and calendar management tools
- Experience with HRIS systems and databases
- Familiarity with Invoices or other accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of file management best practices
- Experience in training development or supervising employees is a plus
- Previous experience in event planning is a plus
