Job Description

Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Implement corporate company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Human Resources Department by assuring the timely coordination and communication of all HR-related issues between regional office and Corporate office.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by arranging interview schedules, screening CVs, and handling follow up for the Indian market.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as visa processing, employment requirements, legalization of documents, medical insurance, opening bank accounts for employees, and other HR requests
  • Keep records of all leaves including Annual Leave, Personal leaves, Sick leaves, Field Breaks, etc.
  • Monitor Daily Attendance for Indian employees and submit the information to ERP for the further payroll approval.
  • Oversee induction, orientation and on-boarding of new employees
  • Advises on HR Manager on delivering the disciplinary action procedures and recommend appropriate corrective measures as per corporate procedures and in accordance with the local labor legislation
  • Assists HR Manager to handle performance management issues and ensure due diligence in conducting performance appraisals of permanent and probation employees on the assigned territory
  • Receive requests in ERP and monitor timely completion of requests
  • Responsible for the smooth and timely delivery of services relating to human resources and administrative management.
  • Maintain updated, secure and confidential HR file system as per corporate standards and aligned with local labor legislation
  • Communicate HR/Admin Policies and ensure that all employees understand them.
  • Executes other task as might be requested by HR Manager and/or Head of the regional office
Skills/Experience:
  • Ideally Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Administration or any other related field. Or high school diploma coupled with relevant working experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, 5 of them in HR field
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance, state & federal laws
  • In depth and expert knowledge of local Labor Law and broad knowledge of HR
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other language will be plus
Accountability:
  • Keeps the employee's files up to date and as per company standards
  • Monitors/approves daily attendance
  • Handles the employee relations for the assigned Territory
  • Submits monthly payroll on time as per approved scheduled
  • Preparation of HR and training reports: weekly - HR/Admin report, Training Plan & Status Update; monthly- Recruitment Plan/Succession Plan, Manpower cost reduction plan, HR Monthly Plan [KPI Report]
  • Work location: 3 days Noida Workshop and 2 days Noida Office
  • You will be not limited to assigned responsibility it may vary as per requirement/request.
