Responsibilities: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and orientation programs are organized. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases. Generate HR reports and prepare relevant documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related correspondence. Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management. Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Conduct HR audits and assist in internal and external audits as required. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, talent development, and diversity and inclusion efforts. Plan and execute employee engagement programs, including team-building activities, company events, and celebrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and promote employee recognition programs and initiatives. Support the implementation of retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. Assist in conducting exit interviews to gather feedback and identify trends or issues. Support the administration of employee development programs, including tracking attendance and evaluating effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations. Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
