Good listening skill Job Responsibility:* 1.Planning , implementing , evaluating employee relations 2. Responsibilities like making Payrolls 2. Developing HR strategies ,policies & procedures 3. Managing recruitment & selection process 4. Assess training needs to apply & monitor training programmers 5. Ensure legal compliances like wages act , bonus act , PF, ESI etc. 6. Maintain discipline of the unit and initiate disciplinary actions if necessary 7. Prepare and Monitor JDs & KRAs of all Company Rolled Staff 8. Control and monitor the time office function including attendance, leaves, Compensatory Off, time IN /OUT and related wages 9. Ensure new employee records are created and updates employee information in personal files for employees 10. Manage wages and salary payments of all the employees along with the team 11.
