Responsible for managing overall employee life cycle query handling, grievance management and other activities.\xe2\x80\xa2 Work with HRL-BPs to meet employee engagement requirements\xe2\x80\xa2 Focus on employee experience\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure flawless event management\xe2\x80\xa2 Connect with associates and stake holders\xe2\x80\xa2 Input to MIS on Employee engagement activities\xe2\x80\xa2 Represent dept. in Audits and managing audits\xe2\x80\xa2 Stake holder management\xe2\x80\xa2 Escalation management\xe2\x80\xa2 Run reports pertaining to associates in IT system\xe2\x80\xa2 Handling and resolving SSF tickets\xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying the practice, preparing presentations, gathering market data and conducting research on the current HR trends in the market\xe2\x80\xa2 Participating in re-examining existing policies, and further designing the new policies and procedures under the guidance of seniors.\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare employee list eligible for Rewards and Recognition and organize the rewarding events.Plan Template and PIP checklist for Reporting Managers and assist senior in PIP.
