Responsibilities and Duties- 1. Recruitment process & General Administration and support to various departments 2. Sourcing relevant profiles from Job Sites,References etc. 3. Scheduling and conducting telephonic / F2F interviews and pre-offer formalities 4. Joining formalities 5. Attendance management 6. Employee documentation handling, record creation and record management 7. Preparation of appointment letters, confirmation & increment letters, transfer letters, miscellaneous letters 8. HR Generalist activities 9. General Administration & Liasoning with Government Officials Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Having 0 to 2 years experience & sound knowledge in HR & Admin department of any small / medium company Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
