  • The Senior HR & Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and administration within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and the efficient functioning of administrative operations. The Senior HR & Admin Manager will play a key role in shaping the company culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: * Human Resources Management:**

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.

- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

- Manage employee performance evaluations, promotions, and career development.

- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

- Design and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

- Manage compensation and benefits administration.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.

- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.

- Build a strong employer brand and enhance the candidate experience.

- Conduct job interviews and assessments.

- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
  • Administration:
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations across globe.

- Oversee office maintenance and facilities management.

- Develop and manage budgets for administrative functions.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Implement and improve administrative processes and systems.
  • Employee Engagement:
- Promote a positive work culture that aligns with company values.

- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.

- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely manner.

- Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).

- Proven experience in HR and administration, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
