? Determine selection criteria
? Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms professional
networks, job portals etc.)
? Developing and Liasioning with various sourcing channels (e.g. colleges/institutes, free and
paid recruitment consultancies, job boards etc.)
? Driving in-house referral program
? Plan interview and selection procedures, including virtual screening calls, virtual
assessments and virtual interviews
? Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
? Lead employer branding initiatives
? Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
? Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
? Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
? Pre and Post onboarding formalities
? Daily MIS for regular footfalls, hiring report, assisting in preparing division based policies,
SOP's and periodical dashboards.
