Headcount Planning, Budgeting and MIS Recruitment and Selection \xe2\x80\x93 Interviews, Salary Negotiation, On Boarding, Approvals etc Performance Management, Annual Compensation Cycle, OOCs, Promotions, Retention, Attrition Management etc Compensation Benchmarking for the aligned business vertical Talent Management for the aligned business vertical Employee Engagement and Connect Employee Exit Process, Monthly Payroll Inputs, Exit Discussions etc Employee Relations \xe2\x80\x93 Performance Deficiency cases / PIP roll out, Disciplinary cases, Grievance Handling etc Participate in Business Transition / Transformation Projects / Re Organisations Manage other spl projects around Skills, Talent, YEB, External Workforce
About you
MBA \xe2\x80\x93 HR ( 2 yrs full time ) from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 University 10 to 14 years of relevant experience Experience in core IT / ITES / Telecom/ KPO / Hi Tech / Consulting environment as HR Business Partner / HR Consultant to a medium to large vertical ( 500 + headcount ) in bluechip Indian / MNC companies
