Vision and Magic a boutique Human Resource Strategic Consulting firm is looking to engage with a in the hospitality industry. Please note that this is a fixed term project.
The project would involve :
- Designing the organization structure
- Developing playbook
- Crafting performance management systems
- Strategizing total reward frameworks.
