Job Description


Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment). The aspiring candidate should also possess:
1. Hands on experience on Business Partnering areas, such as Strategic HR, Stakeholder Management, Manage end to end employee life cycle.
2. Exposure to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion areas.
3. Working knowledge on HR Projects and SME in any one of the core HR areas.
4. Strong business acumen skills and should have liaised with business leadership. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. Post Graduate in HR with 2 to 5 years HRBP experience. Experience in HR specialty a plus.
