Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As the HR Business Partner for International Business - Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the business objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant HR experience in the QSR or similar industry and will be based in India, working closely with the regional teams in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

- Talent Acquisition and On-boarding: Oversee the recruitment and selection process for key positions in the region, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Facilitate smooth on-boarding processes to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.

- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees in handling HR-related matters, including performance management, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

- Compensation and Benefits: Review and analyze compensation structures, benefits packages, and performance-based incentives to ensure competitiveness in the market and compliance with local regulations.

- Learning and Development: Identify training needs, design, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in the region.

- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans to drive employee engagement and performance improvement.

- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Provide guidance to the business on HR legal matters and keep abreast of changes in local labor legislation.

- Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.

- HR Metrics and Reporting: Generate HR reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.

- HR Projects: Collaborate on regional and global HR projects, contributing to the continuous improvement and growth of HR practices within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Qualification: Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certifications will be a plus.

- Progressive experience of 12-15 years in driving HR initiatives, managing projects, and implementing HR programs successfully.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive and strategic mindset.

- Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively with regional teams.
