Job Description


The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. Activities: manage manpower requirements and collaborate with the branch manager and branch manager rapresentative to manage human resource needs, reporting to HR Corporate; maintain comprehensive organization charts to identify current staffing and vacancy; providing payroll and personnel administration in compliance to local law and Corporate policies; managing the complete recruitment process compliant to Corporate policies, right from preparing and updating job descriptions, post the vacancy, screening of applications to releasing the offer letter to the selected candidate; manage the communication of HR policies and processes and standard of practice (compliant to Corporate rules) to employees; manage information and reports for administrative activities relating to employees; manage the resolution of grievances and enforcement of disciplinary policies compliant to Corporate Ethic Code; support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital; advise on HR Legal and Employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance and risk mitigation; build and maintain visible and meaningful working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and partners; plan and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned to Corporate HR\'s strategic planning process and business-driven initiatives. Requirements: Training: bachelor\'s degree in human resources or business administration or psychology, or a related field would be suitable. Additionally, candidates with a BBA, MSW (Master of Social Work), MA in HRM (Human Resource Management), or an MBA with a focus on HR would also be qualified. Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in various areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, HRIS, management and compliance. Computer skills : proficiency in HR software and technology Language skills: mastery of the English language is required. Knowledge of other languages is also an element of evaluation. Skills: strong interpersonal and communication skills, discretion with confidential information, solid understanding of local employment laws and regulations and HR best practices, strategic leadership skills in handling multiple departmental heads Other: availability for short/long trips, even abroad.
