The Big Picture:

The Lead HR Business Partner will cover a broad spectrum of HR activities such as employee relations, performance management, advice related to policies & processes, career development, competency mapping, talent management, statutory compliance, payroll management, Employee Engagement, Grievance handling and change management handling the complete Employee Life Cycle.

What you can expect as a Lead - HRBP at Illumine-i:

- You\'ll support the Management across policy interpretation and application, benefits management, employee relations, performance management & talent management.

- You\'ll drive and manage L&D needs across the organization.

- You\'ll develop and manage programs that support high retention of people

- You will be a champion for employee engagement and culture in the organization

- You\'ll analyze trends and metrics within the HR function.

- You\'ll be improving and monitoring employee productivity &maintaining employee databases

- You\'ll be reviewing and approving or modifying the necessary budgets

- You\'ll be coordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from new laws and regulations.

- You\'ll be evaluating staffing needs and create detailed reports on HR cost

- You\'ll act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures

- You\'ll address employees\' queries (e.g., on compensation and labour regulations)

- You\'ll handle payroll in all aspects of preparing and distributing employees\' payments

- You\'ll be applying and interpreting audit and compliance requirements for various departments.

- You\'ll be handling the complete HR operations team with proper guidance and motivation

- You\'ll be having excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions with little information available

- You\'ll be structuring compensation and benefit packages.

- You\'ll have in-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations

Essential Qualifications include:

- Ability to provide Individual Attention and possessing good listening skills

- Master\'s degree in Human Resources with Core HRBP experience and must have handled a team successfully

- Displays strong business acumen and partnership mindset to drive employee engagement & HR advisory.

- Strong understanding of employment law & compliance requirements.

- Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.

- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.

- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks.

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals, Analytical skills, Meticulous attention to details, good people skills.

- Proven experience overseeing all areas of the Employee lifecycle

- Creative and being able to work with cross-functional teams
