Job Title : HR Business Partner - Technology Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu Senior Associate - HR Business Partner CashKaro and EarnKaro are two of India\'s fastest-growing B2C products. Role Specifics - Day in the Life Lead and Manage Technology Department for Employee Lifecycle Liaison with Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founders closely to address all Employee Relations for Technology Team Act as a People Champion for dedicated business units and manage the workforce efficiently. Directly own Performance Management and Way Forward Managing the entire gamut of Performance Manager from setting up Goals & KRA, Self-Review Forms, Manager Feedback and final appraisal closure. Good to have knowledge on 9 Block Grid and OKR based methodology for goal settings Business as Usual - This part involves HR transactions like Onboarding & Induction, Attendance & Leave Management, Payroll, Attrition Analysis, Employee Grievances, Stakeholder Management, Exit Management etc. Career Coach and Mentoring - Act a career counsellor for employees and help them in mentoring so as to make sure that psychological contract is not breached, and employees feel confident enough to share their concerns Must have skills : Previous experience of handling Technology business units from Hire to Retire Good to have previous experience in doing HRMS migration and implementation Exposure to Gallup Q12 Surveys, Competency Mapping will be an added advantage MBA in HRM from reputed college is must Work experience Range: 2 - 4 years in HRBP. (Work experience in Recruitment shall not be considered relevant.
