Job Responsibilities :
.- Support data integrity, process improvements and service delivery.
- Assist technology teams in developing the solution, conduct the unit testing#s and prepare test cases.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of HR services in alignment within the defined SLA#s to ensure noiseless HR Operations.
- Ensure TAT is tracked and monitored for all ELCM related activities. (Offers, on-boarding, transfers, extensions, separations, etc.).
- Should be well versed with the policy guidelines and be able to guide employees on the various policies and processes of HR.
- Manage bulk data changes in the system and ensure the accuracy for all the employee records.
- Provide first-line assistance to employees on general HR queries, answers to their questions & standard policy / procedural information.
- Work with IT team on data clean-up activities, ensuring key master data elements are always updated.
- Manage operational aspects of HR and deliver superlative experience to all stakeholders.
Education Requirement :
- 2 years full time PG degree in HR.
Experience Requirement :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR role.

- Domain knowledge of HR policies and practices
