What the Job Involves :
- Leading a team to set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Having an understanding of digital sales.
- Managing & Researching prospects to generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Overlooking, managing, preparing and sending quotes and proposals and guiding the team for the same.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings to achieve the desired occupancy rates.
Qualifications :
- Graduate/Masters degree.
- Preference would be given to someone with Experience in Sales Field Prerequisites.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Previous experience in managing a team.
- Understanding of basic tools such as SEO shall be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably from a industry/startup.
