The Opportunity: Job Responsibilities:

- Act as Regional HR SPOC for all employees for South region.

- Employee grievances, employee retention, employee management, employee engagement & exit management.

- End to end recruitment for all open positions for South region.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

- Coordinating with the background verification agency for all employees before joining.

- Coordination with the central team for all employee related queries and recruitment.

- Presenting monthly reports to the leadership team.

Who we are looking for:

- Proven work experience of minimum 2 years in a generalist role, preferably in a startup.

- Experience in high volume as well as niche hiring.

- Capacity to work in fast paced, startup environment.

- MBA in HR or an equivalent degree.

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent Excel and Power-point skills.

- Ability to handle employee grievances and retention.
