Job Description


Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and maintenance. Develop and implement strategies to achieve guest satisfaction goals, improve service quality, and enhance the hotel\'s reputation. Manage and motivate a diverse team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations. Set operational objectives and ensure their execution, adhering to quality standards and budgetary guidelines. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Take appropriate actions to maximize revenue and minimize costs. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the procurement of quality goods and services at competitive prices. Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, including the use of online platforms and social media. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth, such as corporate partnerships and group bookings. Monitor industry trends, competition, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their resolution to maintain guest satisfaction. Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork and open communication among staff members. Prepare regular reports on hotel performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics, for presentation to senior management. Qualifications: Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales. Demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets and manage budgets effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, staff, and stakeholders. Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management software. Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
