Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. The ideal candidate will have a degree in hotel management or tourism, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage service Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the property Manage and train staff to ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management Build and maintain relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Requirements: Degree in hotel management or tourism 2 years of experience in hotel management Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with industry trends and best practices Strong customer service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
