Shadow experienced trainers to grasp best practices in waiter training. Manager Training (Soft Skills and Job Skills):Undergo training modules focusing on soft skills and managerial competencies in the hospitality industry.
Develop an understanding of effective leadership, team management, and problem-solving within a hospitality setting.
Learn to conduct training sessions for managers, emphasizing both soft and job-specific skills. Travel:Be willing to travel to different locations to deliver training sessions.
Adapt to various hospitality environments and effectively communicate training content. Language and Computer Skills:Possess basic English language proficiency to facilitate effective communication.
Have a foundational understanding of computer operations for training documentation and communication purposes. Qualifications:
