Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching 4. Achieve sales target for FTTH business at the Unit/Territory and at individual level 5. Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners etc. 6. Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement 7. Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned Unit/Territory 8. Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index 9.
