- Originate and structure loans for small business owners and commercial property investors. This includes home loans, commercial property loans, business purchase loans, working capital loans, and complex lending solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as residential mortgage brokers, accountants, buyers\xe2\x80\x99 agents, consultants, and lawyers.
- Conduct assessments of loan applications, including financial analysis and risk evaluation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on loan structures and funding options.
- Collaborate with our lending partners to expedite the loan approval process and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and lending regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of loan applications and client interactions.
- Process commercial finance transactions to appropriate lenders.
- Credit review and compliance assessment of applications within company policy.
- Liaise with Finance Brokers on a daily basis to obtain information for new business assessment.
- Provide general relationship management.
- Seek out new Commercial opportunities both within the Intuitive Finance network and also utilising own networks.
- Sales and commercial loan process in Australia
- Strong Lending background

- Knowledge of the lending market and financial products

- Good communication and writing skills
- Candidate experienced with Australian banking and financial services industry will be preferred
