MHFCL is headquartered in Mumbai with operations presently in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh Rajasthan & Andhra Pradesh Ticket Size - 2 Lacs to 40 Lacs Qualification: Academic: Any Graduate, Post Graduate Technical / Professional Sales CTC Based on Interview and last drawn CTC (Upto 3.50 Lac) + Attractive Incentives & Contests Relevant Industry Housing Finance, Home Loans, NBFC , Affordable Housing / Responsibilities Incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Achievement of Sales Target through open market sourcing and through connectors
  • Business development, process and management, increase sales of product i.e. Home Loan & LAP.
  • Responsible for self-target achievement in units & volume both
  • Marketing promotional activity.
  • Increasing sales
  • Developing sales strategies and achieving targets
Desired profile of the candidate Should have experience in sales in a Home Loan, Affordable Housing Finance Industry. Should have positive attitude, Problem resolution inclination Competitors Aadhar Housing, Aavas Housing, Shubham Housing, Motilal Oswal Hosuing, India Shelter Hosuing, Vistaar Housing, Vastu Hosuing, DMI Hosuing,Aptus Housing, Brick Eagle, Roha Hosuing, Poonawala Fincorp, Capri Home Loans, Shriram Housing, Piramal Housing etc. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 914,000.00 - 925,000.44 per month Benefits:
