Required: SR SALES -BDM at Surat Location About The Company- Home Appliances Product MUST BE Experience- 2 to 10 years of experience in Home Appliances Products on the field in the B2B segment Location - SURAT - ( Varacha ) Salary - 15k to 50k + per Month Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM). This role is pivotal in driving business growth through sourcing, building relationships with key clients such as architects, business builders, and securing bulk deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales process, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the Home Appliances industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and target prospective business clients, including architects, property developers, business builders, and bulk purchasers of Home Appliances. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the target market. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of clients. Negotiate and close deals with a focus on securing bulk orders and long-term contracts. Provide exceptional post-sales support and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to management. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the Home Appliances or related industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
