We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the responsibility to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

• Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s services by addressing or predicting the clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Target driven, meeting KPI objectives in revenue and margin on a quarterly basis

• Work with project managers in our Service Delivery team and follow up with customers to assure satisfaction

• Work closely with the Growth Manager in company initiatives to drive business development

• Proven sales track record

• Experience in customer support is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, ZohoCRM)

• Proficiency in written as well as spoken English

• Market knowledge of the translation industry would be a plus

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build rapport with all kinds of people from various industries

• Time management and planning skills
