Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Monitor and improve the quality-of-service delivery to customers. Manage Strategic Key accounts. Develop competency of field service teams through continuous coaching Measure, analyze and improve service operations performance. Ensure achieving regional service revenue monthly achievement through proper planning. Manage payment terms with the customers and collect receivables. Monitor and improve regional performance through reviews. Develop new channels for services with innovative solutions. Collaborate with regional, national stakeholders to build competitive advantage. Align regional service team with Global/National initiatives and implement strategy. Develop Remote service capabilities within the service team. Create value for our services and solutions in the marketplace. Key Behavioral Attributes He/she should possess good communication skills, conceptual clarity and leadership qualities (e.g. Strategic, resource optimization, people development) He/she must have good interpersonal skills and high-performance orientation. Excellent planning and execution skills. He/she should have ability to establish and develop a functional rapport with various stakeholders across the organization. He/ She should have excellent collaborative skills to work in a complex matrix organization. Should be conversant with MS tools (MS Excel skills, presentation skills). Should be comfortable to work with systems and tools and should be adaptive to changes and platforms. Should have ability to manage time and prioritize work for self and support the direct team. What You Need to Succeed Qualification and Experience: BE (Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation) or equivalent from a reputed institute MBA full time or executive course is a plus 12-15 years\' overall experience in Pharma/ Medical devices/ Healthcare industry Experience in Key accounts management Advantage to Lean / Six Sigma certified with Experience of leading continuous improvement project. Specific Experience: At least 4-5 years of managerial experience leading service/operations.
