Job Description

• Generate 3D models, 2D drawings, assembly drawings of equipment
• Can generate concept as per requirement
• Understand mechanical drawing
• Self-oriented & self-motivated can do work with minimum guidance
• Reverse engineering & take measurement on site as per requirement
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner
• Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production quality
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
• Obtaining any materials and equipment required
• Can do assembly as per assembly drawing file
• Do quality check at vendor sight & provide solution?of rejection
• Manage and assist routine regular?production line
• Follow up with vendors as required
• Can join regular production as required

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Dip. Mechanical / BE Mechanical

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• At least 4-5 year of experience as a Design Engineer in machine building product
• Ability to read Mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of various measuring instruments
• Knowledge of various manufacturing processes
• Well-versed in relevant software (e.g. Solidworks, AutoCAD, MS Office)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and extremely efficient
• Ability to maintain positive vendor and client relationships
• Experience in Pharmaceutical & Material handling equipment is added advantage
