Deputy Manager/ Manager - Internal Audit

Below mentioned are the key Job responsibilities of an incumbent :
1. Manage and provide support in preparation of internal audit plans and designing audit programs.

2. Perform audits and process reviews independently & to coordinate/supervise internal audit activities.

3. Conduct audit closing meetings at locations and review preliminary audit findings with the process owners.

4. Ensuring factual accuracy and root cause analysis of the audit issues.

5. Compile and consolidate audit findings for discussion with senior management.

6. Drafting the audit reports and review audit reports analytically with auditee and auditors.

7. Reviewing the audit report for accuracy of data, language and clarity.

8. Support in the review, monitoring and audit of compliance with regulatory requirements

9. Perform substantive control testing against audit criteria and highlight exceptions

10. Identify, understand and document processes and procedures surrounding internal controls for business process improvement.

11. Assist in preparing presentations and other MIS for Management and Audit Committee meetings.

1. Should have exposure to manage various compliances for listed companies.

2. Good communicator, highly energetic with ability to competently undertake the duties and responsibilities required to achieve the set objectives under the given timelines.

3. Manage affairs in well organized, methodical and orderly manner.

4. Excel at execution with high levels of accountability.

5. High on Professional Integrity, Strong value system.

6. Should be accurate and attentive to details.

Work Experience Preferred :

1. CA (preferred) / MBA (Finance) with minimum 5-8 years of experience in Internal Audit and Risk Management function. CISA /DISA preferred.

2. Have worked in ERP environment (Preferably SAP).

3. Willing to travel outside Delhi 4-5 times in a year.

4. Good analytical ability with eye for detail.

5. Good communication and presentation skills.

6. Self-starter, team player, a good communicator and coordinator (as IA work requires lots of coordination across functions and levels).
