Job Description


Jollyfree Technical Llp is seeking a Hindi Customer Service representative to work remotely from home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will need to be fluent in Hindi, and have strong communication skills in English. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have previous experience in customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, via email, chat or phone.
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers with product issues.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and policies.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding pricing and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 1-year customer service experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with technology and working remotely.
