Roles and Responsibilities Supervision and execution of of earthwork / formation for large project site along with project planning, Resource mobilization and execution. Desired Candidate Profile Engineering graduate with 5-10 years of experience in Roads and highways with exposure in project planning and monitoring. Execution and Planning of Project allotted and Budget Preparation. Responsible for execution, Monitoring, preparation of review and statistical data to ensure timely completion Study the scope of work from Tender, BOQ, Drawings, Work order, Agreement and all connected documents to understand the scope of work clearly. Checking of the tender documents, drawings, the schedules for the in all working of site and other necessary materials required at the site office. Understand the costing control and monitoring procedure. Preparation of initial schedules and subsequent review. Responsible for all drawings, shop drawings, Material approvals and its safe custody. Preparation of project completion report on completion of project. Legal matters pertaining to the site and co-ordination with HO. Key responsibilities and duties of this position include:

• 3D modelling with an opportunity to do detail design of Highways and transport alignments, Junction design (at grade or grade separated), prepare reports, specifications and other deliverables for highways schemes
• To ensure designs are appropriate and meet the expected levels of technical excellence
• Assisting with feasibility, preliminary and detailed design work relating to highways engineering projects
• Ability to communicate knowledgably in all aspects of the project
• Maintaining brand reputation whilst undertaking the project
• Identifying, building and maintaining key relationships both internally within company and externally with key client
• Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders of the project to ensure smooth delivery of the project.

Candidate Specification

• Holds an engineering degree/ diploma in Civil from a recognized reputed university
• Good command of road design using multiple software's
• Well versed with international standards
• Should have good English and communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to actively participate within a team
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and managers
• Should proactively seek personal and professional development opportunities
• Experience in drainage design is desirable

Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
