Position Name: Sr. Planning & QS Engineer
Education Qualification: M.E. \xe2\x80\x93 Civil / B.E. \xe2\x80\x93 Civil with fluency in MS Projects
Experience:Min. 5 Years - Building Construction Work
Job Profile
- The candidate should be from Building construction ( residential / Commercial )with Highrise building back ground .
- Create Project Execution Plans and develop project controls guidelines.
- Strong understanding of technical engineering principles to predict future problems and find solutions
- Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
- Knowledge of civil construction material and especially labour rate.
- Knowledge of labour productivity item/activity wise
- Knowledge of preparation of chash flow and project budget etc.
- Subcontractor billing & certifying labour bills, preparation of reconciliation statement, preparation of comparative statement & variation orders.
