Position Name: Sr. Planning & QS Engineer Education Qualification:M.E. - Civil / B.E. - Civil with fluency in MS Projects Experience:Min. 5 Years - Building Construction Work Job Profile The candidate should be from Building construction ( residential / Commercial )with Highrise building back ground . Create Project Execution Plans and develop project controls guidelines. Strong understanding of technical engineering principles to predict future problems and find solutions Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems. Knowledge of civil construction material and especially labour rate. Knowledge of labour productivity item/activity wise Knowledge of preparation of chash flow and project budget etc. Subcontractor billing & certifying labour bills, preparation of reconciliation statement, preparation of comparative statement & variation orders.
