  • Experience in B2B space & Manufacturing processes
  • Experience / the ability to appreciate the role played by tech platforms towards enabling this digital transformation
  • Knowledge on various manufacturing processes and experience of having worked directly with manufacturing OEM\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • 10+ years experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
  • Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Key Responsibilities: Develop a strong pipeline of Manufacturing OEM / EPC customers in India, North America and Europe. Lead and mentor our team of Sales Engineers and Managers. End to end Client support to ensure long term business relationship and business growth Work closely with Supplier Onboarding & operations team in providing inputs on on boarding requirements and forecast demand trends. Report and work with the CEO in enabling sales KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and creating a sales MIS system. Convene regular review meetings with customers to identify issues, resolve them & communicate progress being made on Work in Progress orders. Prepare customer acquisition plans, set sales revenue targets & achieve them. Work with founding team in building and developing the right growth strategy and revenue strategies. Report out to the founding team on review meetings and strategic updates.
