Job Description

a) Much exposure in Motor products especially in Industrial Segmentb) Testing and certification knowledge (BIS, CE, UL) is essentialc) Industrial Motor Design knowledge should be essentiald) Development knowledge of EV Motor /BLDC will be added advantagee) Working in Generator, transformer, Gear Motor and Drives industry also added advantagef) Should be part of NPD or R&D or PED team and be a major role to Develop the Motors.g) Proficiency in handling Drives for Motorsh) Design tools verification knowledge through software packages (i.e. Ansys, speed, etc.,) with the knowledge of product coding systemi) Experienced to reduce the cost of product, without affecting performance.j) Experienced to interact with marketing, production, quality & purchase for better execution of the design.k) Using QFD and Systematic Design Process for New product Design & Developmentl) To define schedule, analysis and anticipated project cost at development stage.m) To make prototype Product and conducting all tests for design validation including in-house and field trial.n) Understanding manufacturing processes, engineering, scientific and other technical information.o) Planning and prioritizing activities in terms of New product and Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverableJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?1,800,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
