In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and drive operational resilience on a global scale, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery, mitigating risks, and optimizing processes in a dynamic Logistics industry. Key Responsibilities: Accountable for Business Continuity Management (BCM) in the GSC, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements at an organization level and maintaining a close working relationship with DHL Risk Management. Facilitate the formation, testing, and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System. Provide professional investigation to the Compliance Office related to GDPR and any other applicable areas. Consult closely with the Global and regional operations resilience team to ensure a cohesive and effective BCM strategy. Provide regular updates on business risk-related issues, ensuring compliance with Global/Regional business risk policies and procedures. Conduct proactive and regular BCM audits, coordinating the implementation of BCM training programs for all personnel. Prepare and analyse database information to produce regular reports on BCM incidents, recommending and initiating actions to investigate and resolve significant BCM incidents as they occur. Maintain a current threat and risk analysis by systematic analysis of national and international events and risk trends. Support the development of organizational resilience to meet industry best practices, promoting BCM across the GSC. Introduce and steer innovation across BCM to increase effectiveness and efficiency, representing the GSC within DHL Group and externally in BCM matters. : Negotiate and influence business decisions with clients/customers, defining relevant terms and conditions for the functional area of responsibility in line with Group/Division standards and guidelines Required Skills/Abilities: At least 10 years of experience in Operational resilience and risk management, with a proven track record of driving business continuity strategies. Clear understanding of GDPR requirements, familiarity with Controller Process Agreement, and experience in managing GDPR requirements, including policies, procedures, and training. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving strategic objectives. Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. In-depth knowledge of the latest security technologies, systems, and measures, and their application in a complex business environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree: A bachelor\'s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields from a recognized ISO 22301 Lead Implementer.
