Job Title: Head of Research (Equities) Location: Mumbai Education: Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics,or CA/CFA certification Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Equity research, should be currently handling a team of Research Analysts. Type of Role: Leadership The Head of Equity Research will work to provide direction and outline activities to identify investment opportunities for clients as also providing continuous coverage on investments recommended to clients of the Organisation. Head will be responsible for planning, directing and presenting analysis to demonstrate and enhance the value of our research ideas to existing and prospective clients. This position will take an active role to lead a team of research analysts and set the tone for their performance and growth. The incumbent will also evaluate and perform periodic performance reviews of staff, helping to identify and plan for any need for training. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct risk assessments
• Develop and implement new investment strategies
• Advise UHNI, and Retail investors on medium to long-term investment ideas
• Collaborate with the portfolio manager to make informed investment decisions
• Lead and guide a team of Research Analysts
• Create and maintain complex databases
• Perform quantitative analysis related to recent market activity
• Develop investment models and screening tools
• Drive sales and information dissemination to investors and sales force

Must Have: 7 year + Experience in Research in various sectors (specially Indian Markets) Excellent written communication skills Proficiency in accounting Expertise in financial modeling Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9200,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9250,000.00 per month Schedule:
