Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling narratives and press releases that effectively communicate the company\'s initiatives, achievements, and impact, while ensuring messaging aligns with the organization\'s core values.
• Proactively engage with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure high-quality media coverage and build strong relationships.
• Act as the company spokesperson, representing the organization in media interviews, press conferences, and public events, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, and Leadership, to align PR efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends, providing timely insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Plan and execute strategic PR campaigns around key company announcements, product launches, partnerships, and events.
• Manage crisis communications and effectively handle sensitive issues or incidents, minimizing potential reputational risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading PR initiatives for renowned organizations, preferably in the technology, education, or EdTech sectors.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing PR strategies, including media relations, crisis communications, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Strong media network and existing relationships with journalists and influencers in the education industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and impactful messages.
• Excellent storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for identifying newsworthy angles and opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach, consistently delivering high-quality work.
